The Sony Xperia AX (SO-01E) has gone on sale via NTT DoCoMo in Japan today. The handset is a variant of the Xperia V (LT25i) that is due to launch in some markets in the next few weeks. To celebrate the release, Sony Mobile Japan has a special offer on the SmartWatch for those that have purchased the Xperia AX. You can get the SmartWatch for a reduced price of Yen 6,980 (previously Yen 9,480). Check out an unboxing video of the handset below.

Blue is nice!))And looks like Xperia V has 3 microphones!)

  • Quark Gluon

    Exactly what I’m waiting for!

Sony should market this phone in every market in every nation and country cause it’s just so beautiful!

  • those are hardware features, you don’t port them over.

  • Quark Gluon

How can they be hardware features? Correct me if I’m wrong, MBE and ClearAudio+ are digital signal processing algorithm, made to improve image and sound respectively. The MBE has been successfully ported even to HTC and LG phones.

  • it’s a software tweaks, not hardware.
