Xperia dateSony Mobile USA has just released a couple of new promotional videos for the Xperia Z, highlighting how practical its water resistance can be in day-to-day scenarios. You can probably work out what each video is about from their titles: “Avoid a date disaster with the Xperia Z” and “Life’s a picnic with the Xperia Z”. The Sony Xperia Z is currently available on T-Mobile in the US. You can check out the videos below.

How shitty adverts it is! I have to admit that, in france at least, Apple make much better ads on tv. They always showcase simple mobile fonctionalities but it is always well done.

check, find them really cool :

When I watch a Sony Mobile ads I don’t feel anything, sometimes a good one make you kind of “proud” of owning the product, never had this feeling with Sony latest ads…

  • Babylonbwoy

    ah ah ! true dat!

  • Babylonbwoy

Plus we all know how waterproofing is not reliable ! Imagine the little girl, if the flap was open, Dad would be angry as fuck, no kisses, no smiles, no “dad” call, black screen, red led and flaps and every body goes back to home (with no one speaking in the car while driving) with the 700$ waisted !

  • Ghareeb Saeed

“Forever Alone” That’s the anthem …

  • @atWidget

LOOK AT 56s !!! Look the right bezel… WTF? It’s small and it’s… MOVING?!?! HAHA

  • josesl16

And that’s why you always keep the flap closed when not used. Duh.

  • b9876

    Phone is a consumable.

If you are not comfortable with the risk of losing, damaging or drowning your 700 USD phone, get a cheaper one. You will get another in few months anyway.

  • Babylonbwoy

What’s wrong with my comment, I was just joking about the video if a flap accident happens while picnic… Got all the Xperia Flagship… and I’m back home with a brand new Bravia that I just bought this afternoon, my bedroom TV died last night…

    Great Ads.
