CyanogenMod 10.1 heading to Xperia Z Ultra soon

in Firmware, Xperia Z Ultra

Xperia Z UltraJust yesterday we brought you news about the FreeXperia team helping to officially bring CyanogenMod 10.1 to the Xperia ZR (C550X), well the work doesn’t stop there and it looks like the Xperia Z Ultra may soon be next on the list. Legendary Sony Xperia devs Andreas Makris (aka Bin4ry) and Giulio Cervera (aka Kali) recently posted an image on G+ showing the About screen from the handset.

There are a few issues the devs are still working on including the camcorder, Bluetooth, audio recording and auto-brightness, but the rest seems to be running well including the camera (panorama too). We’ll keep you posted on their progress, but so far it seems to be shaping up nicely.

OT: Hi XperiaBlog. Just wanna share what I’ve seen in Xperia Z1 Press Kit downloaded PDF. It shows camera app development with Wikitude and Evernote, but the only screenshot we’ve seen is for the camera in-app dev’t for Wikitude. It looks like Layar.
