you’re kidding, right? compared to the games in Google Play, the PSM library is downright mediocre and utterly sucks. take a look at the good quality of game titles in the Play Store (near game console quality, if you ask me) and you wonder why sony can’t provide a decent library of the same calibre in PSM. which is odd considering that they’re the undisputed leader in the game console industry (4.2 million PS4s sold and no Japan release yet).

I agree, PSM was my a reason I got an Xperia with the idea that you could play PSOne games. Say you buy a PSOne game on PSN and you could play it on your PS3/4/PSP/Vita/Xperia. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The games on PSM aren’t bad but the prices are ridiculous for what they are.

If Sony stepped it up and offered PSOne games with their Dual Shock 3/4 compatibility they’d make a killing here in the States. I don’t understand why they’re so stingy with their vast ecosystem of entertainment.

When Indonesia can use psm? Cause I use Sony Xperia Z1.

true, that. i bought the xperia play when they first announced that ps1 games will be playable in the smartphone. crash bandicoot alone was worth the price and i very much enjoyed using my xperia play as a pseudo-game console. but apart from that, no ps1 game followed and nothing showed up in their much-touted PSM. it took the guts from the indie group to work on making some ps1 titles playable in xperia play. if it were available in PSM, i would have gladly paid for it but, alas, only puny, uninteresting “games” litter the entire PSM. and yeah, you were right – the price was absolutely ridiculous!

playstation now is a different thing altogether. but, yeah, latency issues aside, PS Now is tight and going to kill it! i just hope that there’s a few advantages xperia owners have over the rest of the android smartphones since they anmounced that it’s going to be rolled out to non-xperia phones as well – iphone included. otherwise, the cheap, plastic maker will still rule it and not going to feel the bite of sony’s ecosystem.

Native Dual Shock 3 compatibility exclusive on Xperia devices (Vaios as well, I think it’s stupid they don’t support PS controllers) should give Sony the edge. Provide the adapter chord or push it hard in either the Mobile accessory or PlayStation accessory market. Say $10.00-$15.00 (US) eliminating the need for a $80.00 aftermarket controller, since most people interested in Playstation Now are already PS owners with Dual Shock controllers.

I like the idea of PS Now, but not completely sold on it. Pricing will be a factor, and how well it’ll work. I imagine choppiness, dropped games, low resolution and overall frustration. Sorta like YouTube and Netflix at times.

Is good to remember the very old days of that games, but I am using a Xperia Z1, at leats i can expect to play Silent Hill, anyway, thanks for this games

“Console quality” What console are you playing that has you making a comparison like that? Google play has been out way longer and had more money put into it! It should be better!!! Wait till PlayStation Now starts, everything else will be garbage in comparison!
