Z2 CM11 ThumbAndreas Makris (aka the very well-known Xperia developer Bin4ry and long-standing member of the FreeXperia team) has released a couple of images of an unofficial CyanogenMod 11 build running on the Xperia Z2 Tablet. Makris has used the latest version of CM11 as the tablet is running Android 4.4.3 KitKat. There is no ETA on when we might see the unofficial CM11 build appear, but hopefully it is coming soon.

Good now soon users can get rid of usual xperia bugs and better battery life.

My battery drains like 1-2% per day when not used, and up to 20% when normally used- not bad at all. Plus the UI is a way nicer than this ugly stock android, even if tweaked a little bit by CM.
IMHO: With all the respect that CM team truly deserve, It’s the Xperia what gets rid of the stock/CM android ugliness, plus CM not only have a lot of bugs too, but breaks many of the most valuable, unique features that Xperias come with out of the box.
I’d love to root it, but no CM “rape” will ever happen to any of my Xperias.
