i have xperia ray runing on ICS.. my problem is that whenever i lock the phone the lcd goes off n does not turn on upon unlocking the phone... i have to remove the batery and restart the phone... nothing of the above mentioned problem is encountered when the phone is being charged N when connected to computer.... plzzzzz help me out.
