    Should I wait For My Region (South Africa) Or is it allowed to Download the Algeria Version??? and Would it Work Properly???

    You can flash any region as long as it is the right variant number. The Algeria version is a carrier version so might have some bloatware, but it should work fine. You can always flash back if you have any problems.

    every time when I try to download, clicking the link, it always says "PROBLEM READING FROM SERVER" what may be the problem??? or what should I do??

    Are you referring to the orange "Download Now" box? We just tested it and it seems fine on our end?
