Xperia PlaySony Ericsson has released the white papers for all three newly announced smartphones, the Xperia Neo, Xperia Play and Xperia Pro. This gives a list of the full specifications for each handset and whilst we had a good idea of what was beneath the hood for each handset, there are a few surprises.

The Xperia Play will be armed with a 1GHz Scorpion ARMv7, Adreno 205 GPU (245 MHz) and 400MB of memory. The camera sensor is weaker than the other announced phones, with a 5.1MP camera and only 480p video recording ability.

Moving on to the Xperia Neo and Pro, we now know that both phones are largely the same apart from the addition of a slide-out keyboard on the Xperia Pro. Both handsets come with a 3.7-inch display and are powered by a 1GHz CPU with MSM8255 chipset and 320 MB memory. You can check out a full spec list at the top of the site.

Thanks Emil Arke!
