The Sony Ericsson LiveView is quite a nifty concept, acting as a Bluetooth micro-display for your mobile so that you can keep an eye on messages, screen calls, check twitter/facebook statuses etc. It has taken a while, but the LiveView is now in sale in the US with Amazon.com selling the accessory for around $85 including shipping.
