A new Sony Xperia model has appeared in the AnTuTu benchmark. The listing for the Sony MT25i doesn’t reveal too much, it shows the phone will have a 1GHz processor, 341MB RAM and is currently running Android 2.3.4. Judging by the model name, this is likely to be a low to mid-range handset sitting behind the MT27i ‘Pepper’ (if that phone ever sees the light of day). There’s little else we know for now, but we’ll bring you more details as we have them.
