Xperia S released in Canada; available for $500 sim-free

Canadian Sony fans will be glad to hear that the Xperia S is now available across the country. The handset is available exclusively through Sony Stores where it can be bought sim-free for a very reasonable C$499.99 or via a Rogers contract starting from C$99.99 with a three-year commitment. Sony has said that stocks are limited in each shop, so be quick if you’re interested.
