The display of the Sony Xperia Z continues to be a big talking point. We see articles popping up every day comparing the handset against other phones to try to put to rest concerns over viewing angles and contrast. There has also been some chatter that the display Sony uses in the Japanese version of the Xperia Z (SO-02E) is better than the European version (C6603).
Well the guys over at mobiltelefon.ru managed to pit the Japanese and European Xperia Z’s against each other. From what we can see, the DoCoMo version does seem to have the edge, but we wouldn’t say the difference is night and day. The DoCoMo version does seem to have slightly deeper blacks and marginally better viewing angles. What do you think? Can you see any difference between the two?
