It is a matter of weeks now before we should start to see the Xperia Z1 Compact hit retail shelves around the world. If you want to get a glimpse of what the retail packaging will look like then check out the pictures below. It shows there has been no departure on the Xperia packaging design, with the Xperia Z1 Compact coming in a small flat box.
The back of the box colourfully shows the handset in all four if its available colours (black, lime, white and pink) along with some of its key features such as 20.7MP Exmor RS camera and 4.3-inch 720p display with Triluminos and X-Reality for mobile. This particular unboxing has a pink model (which looks really good in our eyes), although in later pics it is paired up with the lime version so you can compare and contrast.
In related news, the recently certified first firmware for the Xperia Z1 Compact with build number 14.2.A.1.114 has leaked. Obviously no one has the handset at the moment, but if you want to download it for yourself, check out the source links below.
