A new Sony Xperia model number has just appeared in GFXBench. The Sony D5103 will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8226 chipset judging by the listing. The max frequency is listed as 1.4GHz, so we could be seeing a 1.4GHz quad-core processor and Adreno 305 graphics.
The benchmark also outs the display resolution as 720 x 1280 pixels. Other information shows the handset running Android 4.4.1 KitKat with firmware build number 18.1.A.0.11. This particular model number suggests it will be a LTE model for the European and Asian markets. If this turns out to be true, the Sony D5103 will come to the market with the same specs as the Motorola Moto G (MSM8226 with 1.2GHz quad-core, 4.5-inch 720p display). Whether it will offer the same bang for the buck remains to be seen.
