The Sony D5103 model number leaked last week through the GFXBench benchmark. It showed that the handset would run the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8226 chipset (1.4GHz quad-core processor and Adreno 305 graphics), have a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and run Android 4.4.1 KitKat (the retail version is likely to run Android 4.4.2).
Well now the same benchmark has revealed some additional specifications for the device including the fact that it will have a 5.2-inch sized display, 8MP rear camera, 1.3MP front camera, 8GB storage and 1GB RAM.
Some of the specs tie in with the rumoured Xperia G leaked recently (8MP camera, 1GB RAM, 8GB internal storage), although that phone is reported to come with a 4.8-inch display. Obviously there could be prototypes around with various configurations, so we may not necessarily be looking at two different phones. With Sony’s MWC press conference taking place tomorrow morning, we should get some more clarity very soon.
Thanks Ben and difwwh!
