New Xperia Z Ultra KitKat firmware build spotted (14.3.A.0.747)

Xperia Z Ultra_14.3.A.0.747We recently reported on an Xperia Z Ultra screenshot showing the Android 4.4.2 firmware update with build number 14.3.A.0.681. Another screenie has emerged of the KitKat update showing a newer build number 14.3.A.0.747. Sony has not revealed any information on the timing of its KitKat rollout so far, but we hope it is edging closer to release.

The recent leaked system dump pointed to the fact that the Xperia Z Ultra update will not include a number of features brought to the Xperia Z2, including Tap to wake, Smart call handling, Smart backlight control and Glove mode. However, we await official information on the release before speculating on what may or may not be included in the final update.
