Xperia M2 hits pre-order in the UK; stock expected in mid-May

The Sony Xperia M2 is now available to pre-order in the UK across a number of retailers. Amazon

has the handset on pre-order for £239.99 and an expected launch date of 16 May 2014. Both black and white colours are available to pre-order.

Clove also tags the release date for May and has it for £228.00 plus delivery. Clove is offering all three colours (black, purple and white). The cheapest we have seen it is via Handtec, who has the handset for £221.99, but has not currently opened up pre-orders. The Xperia M2 has a 4.8-inch qHD (540 x 960) display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor (MSM8X26 chipset), 1GB RAM, 8MP camera, 8GB storage and a 2300mAh battery.
