Following on from the Sony Xperia Z3 image leak yesterday, we have another set of photos that appear to have been taken at the same time. These photos give a better look around the Xperia Z3, showing both the side and top/bottom profiles of the handset.
What we notice is that the Xperia Z3’s sides are more curved than the flat design used in the Xperia Z1/Z2. Perhaps, this is a response to some users complaints of the Xperia Z1/Z2 handsets being uncomfortable in the hand.
From what we can tell in these pictures, the speaker placement has moved to the left side of the handset. We can’t see a second speaker in these pics, so the Xperia Z3 may not include stereo speakers like the Xperia Z2 did. If anyone can spot stereo speakers, please let us know below.
The magnetic connector is present on the Xperia Z3 along with micro SD, micro SIM and micro USB port flaps on the left and right side of the handset. The Xperia Z3 also sports a dedicated camera button and an open 3.5mm headphone jack at the top. The pictures also confirm the same 1/2.3-inch 20.7MP Exmor RS sensor with G Lens.
Knowing what you see so far, how do you fancy the Xperia Z3? Do you like what you see and plan to upgrade, or will you wait for more official information before judging? We’d love to hear your thoughts below.
