The Xperia Z3 Compact is now available to buy through the Sony Store US website. The unlocked version of the Xperia Z3 Compact (model number D5803) can be picked up for $529.99, although the handset is currently back-ordered. All four colours of the handset are available (black, white, green and orange). This particular variant supports LTE Bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 13, 17 and 20, which should ensure support for AT&T and T-Mobile.
