When a company launches a new flagship mobile device, there are certain things that are a given, including that the new flagship should improve on the original whether that be on design, performance and/or other features. When it comes to Sony’s latest smartphone, the Xperia Z3+/Z4, things have been complicated by the use of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset that appears to need a level of CPU throttling to keep temperatures under control.
We’ve already reported on the fact that there was a good chance that the use of the Snapdragon 810 chipset would show little, if any, improvement over the Snapdragon 801 chipset used in the Xperia Z3. Now a video comparing both devices shows the Xperia Z3 outperforming Sony’s latest flagship in real world tests, loading apps and games faster. Check out the video below (in Vietnamese).
