Sony run+1_1_resultSony Mobile launched a health and fitness app called “run+1” a few months back, which we’ve only just discovered. The app is currently in beta and promotes the idea of trying to get people to run by starting off in small bursts. The app analyses your workout, even if it’s just going for a walk or a minute of running and then gives you a personalised running target for next time.

This time is broken down into short running intervals, allowing you to walk as much as you like in between as you hit that target. As your body becomes slowly accustomed to the running, you’ll feel fitter which is Sony’s ultimate aim here. The idea is a good one, although we haven’t yet tried it ourselves. Hit this Google Play Store link if you want to give it a try.
