The Verizon Xperia Z3v (D6708) appears to have reached EOL (end-of-life), ten months after launch on the network. A few readers have got in touch claiming that Verizon support has confirmed the Xperia Z3v is now retired. The Xperia Z3v is nowhere to be seen on the Verizon Wireless website, with the only Sony product available to order being the Xperia Z2 Tablet.
The news is perhaps not that surprising given that we expect the follow-up device, the Xperia Z4v, to launch in the coming weeks. We reached out to Verizon Wireless for confirmation but have not yet received a reply, we’ll update this post accordingly.
