Sony Mobile has today released the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop firmware update for the Xperia Z1, Xperia Z Ultra and Xperia Z1 Compact in the form of build number 14.6.A.0.368. We can confirm that this update provides a full fix for the Stagefright exploit.
The update is currently live for a few regions for each handset, but we should see availability widen in the coming days.
