A few days ago we reported that the Xperia C5 Ultra Dual was receiving Android 6.0 Marshmallow – it was an extremely limited rollout initially, only one variant and two regions had the update. Well Sony has now kicked off the Android Marshmallow update in earnest for the Xperia C5 Ultra across all four variants.
The Xperia C5 Ultra (E5553, E5506) is receiving build number 29.2.A.0.122, whilst the dual SIM variants (E5533, E5563) are receiving build number 29.2.B.0.122. FTF firmware files for each variant can be found below, along with the Marshmallow changelog.
