Cannot Call when in Wi-Fi.

    Hi Users,
    I am from India and I use Xperia S and I cannot proceed with a voice call or a video call, when I am connected to the Internet traffic or to the Wi-Fi. I have also updated my phone to 4.0.4.
    How to avoid that??? Could anyone please help me??

    Try a factory reset. Never heard of such issue!!!

    Hi Anand,

    do you use the feature "Internet Calls"? Pls check your Internet Call settings (Settings -> Call Settings) and if so disable your account respectively try first "Use Internet calling > Always ask". After this try a test-call. Maybe it'll help you.
