Hi, somehow I have managed to lock myself out of my phone as the security passcode (not sim lock Pin) is not being accepted. When I set up the lock screen security code, I had to enter the passcode number twice, so I am puzzled how I entered it incorrectly (its always a number I use and know well...) Anyway, as a result, I cant access my phone. I have been searching for a way to perform a factory reset, but have only found ways to do it from within the phone menus. I cant get into the phone to do it that way! There must be a combination of buttons that can be pressed to force a reset or to gain access to a menu to allow a reset? Can someone help please? Thanks
Try holding volume button down whilst pressing on button. Will buzz twice now shudder reboot. If that doesn't work,try volume up my do same. Should work.
