Hi everybody .. need some help. Wife dropped her xperia z1 and shattered the screen. Cant access anything but phone works. Bought a micro usb to usb cable and can now use a mouse to access phone ... unlocked phone but could not access via computer and win10. Tried to change usb access but it will not allow file access. Turned on developers access but it still will not allow access to internal files. It refuses to bluetooth or wifi files. We only want to transfer photos .. have tried a dozen different apps and software but so far cannot access internal files or folders .. any hints would be most welcome ..
