weather widget down

is there anybody else out there with their native xperia weather widget not working since it turned 2013?

at first it says no network althought my internet is working. then i tried creating a new widget, but it says location not found for whatever city i put down.

 

yes, my weather widget doesn't work too.

I am from India, and mine still doesn't work. It still says City not found.
