    Hi, please help me

    After
    1. Installing ALL drivers
    2. Downloading 29.1.A.0.87 firmware from Xperifirm
    3. Creating my .ftf and ftf.torrent from my downloaded firmware with flashTool
    4. Connecting my device (E5506) in flashing mode (turned off, volume down then usb)
    5. Clicking the lighting bolt to flash, selecting the corresponding firmware and clicking flash

    And im unable to continue, my firmware stays the same. I currently have 5.0 and I am trying to install generic latinamerica 5.1. What am I doing wrong?

    Use the FTF firmware file from here to rule out any mistakes in creating the file.

    Be sure to select the lowest speed in the flashtool options just when you select firmware to be flashed.. It should be set at the lowest..
    It solves the bootloader.sin error.
