I've never used a Russian Firmware, and I nearly got stuck when I started the tablet after flashing. It took me a few minutes to figure how to change language to English. It is annoying how it then asks you to select country, then you have to reboot and start again. In retrospect I should have used the earlier HK generic firmware - but I had issues with horizontal docking on my XPeria Z3 phone with the prior build (they broke it in 23.5.A.0.575 for the Z3, then fixed it in 23.5.A.1.191).
