Verizon Xperia Z2 Tablet now official; pre-orders start tomorrow

Verizon Xperia Z2 Tablet 4G LTEVerizon has officially announced exclusivity over the Xperia Z2 Tablet 4G LTE in the United States. The Verizon Xperia Z2 Tablet is similar to the international LTE version apart from a bump in internal storage to 32GB (the global LTE models only had 16GB of storage).

The tablet goes on pre-order tomorrow for $599.99, but for a limited time it will be available for $499.99 with a new two-year activation. The tablet will be available through Verizon Wireless stores and online from 17 July 2014. Customers who pre-order the tablet will get the Sony Digital Noise Cancelling Headset MDRNC31EM free of charge.
