A few more leaked pictures of the Xperia Z3 Compact have made an appearance. Despite Sony’s best efforts to stem the leaks, it looks like they will continue apace until launch day. The pictures you see below give a clear view around the sides of the handset, confirming a 1/2.3-inch 20.7MP Exmor RS camera and centred LED flash on the back.
The pics confirm the different port flaps used compared to the Xperia Z3. The microSD port flap also houses the micro USB port. We can see also confirm a magnetic charging port, dedicated camera button and open 3.5mm headphone jack. The only picture missing in the below leak is a clear shot of the front face – however we don’t think it will be too long before that appears.
There are some murmurings suggesting that the Xperia Z3 Compact will sport a 4.6-inch 720p display, rather than 1080p. This would make sense in terms of battery life, but there’s no confirmation either way just yet.
There are also a couple of new pictures of the Xperia Z3 below, showing the side profile of the handset. However there is nothing new here we haven’t seen before. Both handsets in the pictures below are housed in clear plastic cases, which we imagine is for protection, rather than any attempt by Sony to disguise the phones.
