The anticipated Sony Ericsson Xperia ray has just hit pre-order in the UK. Play.com has a black sim-free variant up for pre-order for £349.99 and a 15th August release date.
This puts it in the same price frame as the Xperia neo which has a 3.7-inch display versus the 3.3-inch display of the Xperia neo. We’d imagine the price should settle closer to the £300 shortly after launch which would make it a more attractive offering, despite its aluminium chassis.
