Sony has raised the pricing of the Xperia Z2 in Germany via its official site. Whilst pre-orders for the Xperia Z2 have not re-opened through the Sony Mobile store, the price in Germany has moved from €599 to €679. The move may sound unusual, but it puts the pricing in line with other major European countries. For example, the Xperia Z2 is priced at €699 in France, Italy and Spain. In the Netherlands, the phone is priced at €649. If you are in Germany, you’ll be glad to hear that third-party retailers such as Amazon.de are still running with the old €599 pricing, for now.
