New firmware build 17.1.1.A.0.402 has been certified for the Xperia Z2 (D6502, D6503) and the Xperia Z2 Tablet (SGP521, SGP541). This new build will follow the current build (17.1.A.2.69) that currently exists on both devices. The build moves from a template of 17.1.A.2.XX to 17.1.1.A.0.XXX, which could signify some tangible changes. We’ll let you know when and if this new firmware update starts to roll.
