Good news for Xperia M2 and Xperia T2 owners, Sony has now made available the KitKat AOSP (Android Open Source Project) binaries and device configuration source code for these devices. This means that budding developers can use the source code to build their own Android 4.4.4 KitKat custom ROM.
XDA member lozohcum has already had a go with the Xperia M2, although it is still early days. The sound volume and brightness doesn’t work. To follow progress on both handsets hit the source links below.
