I was thinking of getting a Z2 or maybe some other Xperia phone because I miss having the shutter button from my old Motorola phones. But before I buy one I had a few questions, 1. Since it's got a glass back does that make it feel to slippery? Is it hard to hold? 2. Is it too big for one handed typing? 3. Is there a version with more than 16GB of internal memory? 4. Are they about to release some other Xperia flagship quite soon? Thanks in advance.
Heyyyyy So the answer..... 1) Well at times outdoors when your exposed to the sun your hands will be sweaty then yeas the phone will be slippery and the phone is comfortable to hold (depends o the person though) 2) Depends on your hand size though A;though it would be ok for an adult hand but handling the phone will be a bit difficult 3) Unfortunately there is no 32 GB internal however the card slot supports U10 SD (Class 10) upto 128 GB so yeah sony fills in for that :3 4) Well about this one......Well sony has a new policy of having two flagships a year if you look at the Z2 and Z1 there is like a 6 month gap of the announcement of the two phones. Sony has now a twice a year flagship update Glad to help you out
Thanks man. I should probably just get the ZL2. It has a 32GB and a rubberized back. On the other other hand the S5 Active also has a shutter button and a rubberized back. Only 16GB of memory but it doesn't have that annoying action bar covering part of the screen. It would be the first time I've had a hard keys phone since the Xperia Play.
Hey! I'd suggest you the ΕΊ1 instead. Cheaper in price as of now, and no matter what, you get the best Xperia phone experience and don't even have to worry of the next flagship phone coming in the market. Once you get a hang of the phone, you may be able to shift to a newer more advanced version. Reason being there is hardly any big difference in Z1 and z2. Yes, the ram is faster, and there is hdr recording, but z1 is much better. I'm myself waiting for z3 or something similar, so that I can upgrade my device...
About one hand handling I suggest a compact version if this is really important for you. The phone is quite slim but is made for both hands use. Using a phone with one hand only is a thing that i can't remember since Xperia X10
