Accessibility option in Setting for Android 4.2.2

    For Android 4.2.2:

    Under Accessibility option in settings; Magnification gestures included (NEW feature).
    Triple tap to magnify the entire phone screen then pan and zoom with two fingers.

    For this feature if you enabled it, it will significantly lag your phone. Tried it on several devices.
