Hey Forum, I'm new in this forum, and I am posting because I have a really annoying problem with my XZ. The internal phone speaker, the one for calls, doesn't always work, when I switch to speaker phone mode or plug the headset in I can hear the caller perfectly. I cannot really make out pattern when this happens. Sometimes when I re-call the speaker works fine. Problem appears also in all Sound-modes(silent, vibration, sound on). I switched of the Smart-Connect stuff, because I thought it could interfere with this (Walkman-Mode). Nothing really helped. Also turning up/down volume doesn't help. Volume for calls is definitely up. I'd very much appreciate any help you can give! Cheers DanielZ
Hello, I had similar issue with my Xperia ZL. I fixed it by removing the back case and check all the connector on the motherboard. And that the internal speaker was back to life
