Hi I was wondering if anyone could help the screen has cracked on the phone and unable to put a pass code in. The phone has lots of photos and videos which are sentimental which I need to retrieve, I have tried the data cable but without the pass code being put in I don't have the option to access anything. Can anyone help? Thanks
