D5803 strange network problem.. expertise question. please help me..

i have Z3 compact (D5803).

i have used it for a long time.

After installing "D5803_2157_Concept_6.ftf" via flashtool, my z3c lost network.
i have tried tons of methods:

1. i have flashed "D5803_4.4.4_23.0.A.2.93_TR.ftf", and rooted.
2. i have flashed "D5803_23.4.A.1.264_1289-4791_R2C.ftf" and rooted.
3. i have repaired the firmware via Sony PC Companion 2.1
4. i have repaired the firmware via Xperia Companion
5. i have tried installing twrp, when i try to install any custom rom, i get an error like this: "this rom is for d5803, d5833 etc etc... but you phone is differen"

• So i can flash any ftf without any problem.
• But i can not install anything via twrp. (although i can install twrp)
• i can root roms without any problem.
• But phone can not connect to network..
• it always says "invalid card. emergeny calls only"
• - there is no IMEI problem..

Anyne have any solution for my problem?
