Got Bad Duplicating Contact from SIM Service Number ON Z3 Dual D6633

Hi all,
My first and probably last question about Sony

Since Octobre 2014, the date i am owner of Z3 Dual D6633, i have the duplicate contact from Sim Sevice Proider (Belgium), please check the screen shot and help, i tried many things and they still there, after each restart they are created automaticcly .

I understand that no one knows this issue or this forum is AFK, so please ; could you tell me where is the offciel form or support forum or blog to declare my issue with hope of getting one answer to my big problem with huge sim contact number in my phone .
