I baught Sony Xperia E1 Dual 3 Weeks back,The phone was working good, i recieved updates 2 of walkman(in which the interface totally changed the new listen now ), the i again recieved another update of it, then i also recieved a system update which i downloaded and installed in phone itself over wifi, then another system update for which i needed the sony pc companion i updated it also, after a week my phone randomly restarts 3-4 times a day, then i complained to sony they said do a repair using pc companion,i did that and after that my phone was reset to factory settings, and my all updates were lost except the latest system update,the walkman was old again, i wanted the update but it never came i waited 3 weeks after that but it never came i also many time asked the customer care but they said it will come be patient,and finally after waiting so long i downloaded the .apk from your forum, PLEASE HELP ME WHY I AM NOT GETTING AUTO UPDATES FROM THE UPDAT MANGER IN MY PHONE,IS MY PHONE AT FAULT OR WHAT.? PLEASE HELP
