Hi there, I've just been trying to update to ICS since PC Companion tells me I now can... The problem is that the download / update tool keeps bobmbing out at around 70% with the message 'Unable to install or start phone update components'. I just updated to the Windows 8 preview last night so I imagine that COULD be the cause... Other than that, I've made sure that I have the latest Java gubbins installed. Any ideas will be gratefully received. Mat
