Hi there, I have received a code from previously version of xperia lounge and while i'm entering the code its prompted the error message " The prepaid card code you entered is incorrect or is no longer valid " , and now the xperia lounge get updated to ver 2.7.1 and all the free items has removed! What's wrong with that? So may i know does anyone have difficulties to redeems the free movies/items from xperia lounge too? Mind to share something with me? Thanks in advance.
The code for us never loaded up on the Z2 Tablet in the UK. Although we could see the offer, it said this voucher is not valid or something like that. Now the offers have disappeared completely, not sure what Sony are up to.
Looks like i'm not alone in malaysia . Anyway thanks for the information and i think i should contact the local sony support to lodge a complaint regarding this
