Ok, if you are in U.K i think its been delivered across there (Being an O2 customer in th U.K) but since i've rooted my device on ICS the bootloader was unlocked still 1.Un-root Device 2.Re-Lock boot-loader 3.Download PC companion 4.Connect you phone via USB to your laptop 5.It should automatically ask you to install newest upgrade to phone (If yes skip to 13) 6.In such a case it does not do this, you will need update center from "Here" 7.Install 8.When ran choose your device (E.G Sony Xperia S) 9.It should update to latest firmware (If this does not apply to you skip to 13) 10. In another case you get an error stating you cannot upgrade modified device (error 2003) 11.You will need to download and install the stock 4.0.4 firmware (or below does not matter) 12.Install that using "Flash Tool" 13.It should take a while to install and be patient 14.
