I do not have US version of Z5 Compact and I do not live in US. However my fingerprint used to work fine until I updated to Marshmallow using Xperia Companion. Then suddenly there is no "fingerprint manager" in setting->security! I also tried resetting the phone to factory setting but still does not work... What should I do? Please help me.
Try resetting the phone using Flashtool and perhaps an FTF firmware file from a region where the fingerprint manager is supposed to be enabled ?
