Purchased an unblocked 'U' in Spain and now living in Brazil where I tried a Brazilian SIM but phone appears blocked here. How can I unblock for Brazil?

I found a better VPN solution for phone https://www.waselpro.com/en/ I am using this VPN provider to unblock websites for a couple of months with unlimited bandwidth and No restrictions over use.
