I installed the new firmware today and it seems that is improving the touch buttons a bit.No improvement for the increasing temperature of the phone while surfing on internet...
Edit: A little better baterry life than 6.0.A.3.73!

This update is being rolled out to some countries.
ICS also will be rolled out in phases, but surely will get it :D.

You can manually upgrade your firmware here: http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/34424
You should do it because you ll see better results on batery life plus better touchscreen and touchbuttons responce!

After the update my xperia s won't login to WCDMA network anymore! The data connection remains in gsm data and if I choose to use WCDMA only it says no network connection.

Was it an official update or you updated manually using Flashtool?

Hmmm it seems to be the network operator's problem after all. The timing for this problem to appear was perfect. It started at the same time when I updated my xperia S...
