Somehow I've disabled the download notification icon/arrow which normally appears at the top left of the screen during a download. If pulled down during a download it shows the progress bar of the download. It's now disappeared and I can't find where to make it come back. It's very annoying as when downloading anything now either through a browser or on the play store it shows nothing at all.
